Clear Spider Inc. is a leading tech B2B SaaS corporation that delivers custom solutions for companies, including Fortune 100 and 500 clients such as AstraZeneca, Honeywell, Coca-Cola, United Airlines, General Electric, Honda, Parker Hannifin, BMO, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Wizards of the Coast, and Grainger.
Over 100,000 different companies use Clear Spider on a daily basis for inventory management. Clear Spider tasked me with designing dynamic email newsletters to be sent to their clients on a monthly basis, replacing the previous designs. The objective was to enhance brand identity and increase conversion rates, with variation and responsiveness. I designed a series of e-newsletters released with the new design system.
The implemented redesigns surpassed historical benchmarks with a significant 32% increase in open rates and 12.5% increase in Clear Spider’s click rates.
